Products in stock (as indicated on the website) will arrive in 2 – 4 business days.
During public holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.
We do not accept orders for out-of-stock items, however, you can sign-up for our mailing list to be notified when we have new products.
We offer free delivery for orders of 2 packs or more.
Orders of 1 pack will be charged a shipping charge of $7.75 for USPS Priority Mail.
We use the USPS and reputable shipping companies that are safe, efficient, and reliable. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to check the shipping status of your order on the USPS or shipping company’s website.
Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged to the customer. Damage can be defined as the product arriving with a rip, tear, or stain. The Company will replace damaged masks with new masks.
Masks that arrive damaged must be returned within 7 calendar days of being received by the customer. Please contact customer support at [email protected] to initiate the return process. New mask(s) will be sent to you within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
The Company reserves the right to reject any returns if the returned item doesn’t meet above conditions.
